Although most Devon Lady classrooms are in need of refurbishment they have always provided a functional classroom space and an average 80% of the structure is sound and capable of providing many more years of service.
In a time when re-cycling is now part of our everyday lives, our philosophy is to re-use the 80% that is good whilst replacing the bad 20%. Our service provides schools with a way of maximising what you have, by bringing the Devon Lady up to date in terms of insulation and heating efficiency, fire and disabled access regulations whilst restyling the structure for a more contemporary look.
